🧵 Project Spotlight: Textile Cloth Winding Machine Panel
At Mine Power, we bring automation and control to the heart of industrial processes. One of our recent projects involved the successful development of a Textile Cloth Winding Machine Panel—a highly specialized system designed for seamless, synchronized control in textile manufacturing.
🔧 Project Overview
The goal of this project was to develop a custom automation panel that would precisely control the operation of a cloth winding machine used in the textile industry. These machines demand accurate speed and tension control to ensure high-quality winding without fabric damage.
Our panel was designed to handle over 25 Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), managed and synchronized through a Delta PLC with analog control.
⚙️ Key Technologies Used
- DELTA VFDs
Used for precise motor speed control across multiple drive sections, ensuring smooth and tension-free winding. - DELTA PLC
Central controller managing the entire winding sequence and ensuring real-time synchronization. - Analog Controlled Sync
Critical for matching speeds and tension across all drives, maintaining fabric quality.
🚀 Project Outcome
The result is a fully automated, scalable control panel that offers:
- Smooth winding with precise speed and tension synchronization
- Reduced wear and tear on materials and machinery
- Improved fabric quality and production consistency
- Centralized control with easy operation and maintenance
🏭 Application & Impact
This panel is a game-changer for textile units that require multi-motor coordination, especially in high-speed cloth processing lines. By leveraging smart automation, Mine Power helped the client enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention in a traditionally labor-intensive process.
